Rarely. In most cases we add a dedicated charger panel fed from the main service, with a management system that distributes available power.
How does each owner pay for their own usage?
Each charger has a built-in meter. An online platform tracks usage per user and lets the board bill automatically each month.
How many chargers can we install?
It depends on your electrical service capacity. Thanks to smart power management, we often install 2 to 3 times more chargers than the raw capacity would allow.
Does it increase unit value?
Yes. Condos that offer EV charging sell faster and at better prices. It's also a strong selling point for rental buildings.
Can you handle long-term maintenance?
We offer annual preventive-maintenance contracts that include inspection, software updates and priority troubleshooting for the chargers we install.
