Powerwall & energy storage
As a certified Tesla Powerwall installer, we design storage systems tailored to your usage for resilience and energy independence.
Overview
Why trust us with this service
A prolonged outage can cut your heating, fridge, water pump and EV chargers. A Powerwall storage system detects the outage in under 100 ms and automatically switches your home to battery — with no action on your part.
We are a certified Tesla Powerwall partner. Our installations include the automatic transfer panel (Backup Gateway), integration with the main panel and setup of the Tesla app for remote management.
What's included
- Automatic switchover in under 100 ms during an outage
- 13.5 kWh capacity per Powerwall — stackable to suit your needs
- Compatible with EV chargers and bidirectional EVs
- Smart management: discharge during peak hours, recharge overnight
- Mobile app to track production, consumption and battery level
- 10-year manufacturer warranty + 5-year installation warranty

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
A question not listed here? Our team will get back to you quickly.
Ask a questionHow long can a Powerwall run my home?
A 13.5 kWh Powerwall can run an average home in essentials mode (fridge, supplemental heat, lighting, internet) for 12 to 24 hours. Adding Powerwalls increases runtime proportionally.
Do I need a special energy source to use the Powerwall?
No. In Québec, the vast majority of our clients install the Powerwall for outage resilience. The battery recharges from the Hydro-Québec grid — no other equipment is required.
Which circuits stay powered during an outage?
You choose. We size an essential-circuits panel that stays powered: fridge, heating, sump pump, internet and a few key outlets. A Whole Home Backup is also possible when capacity allows.
How long does installation take?
Usually one day for a single Powerwall, two days for a more complex system with reconfigured essential circuits.
Is the Powerwall suited to Québec's climate?
Yes. The Powerwall is designed to operate between -20 °C and +50 °C. It is usually installed indoors (garage, basement) to maximize its lifespan.
