This policy governs the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information by Métropolitain Électrique, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (commonly known as Law 25).

We collect only the following information, when you fill out our quote form or write to us:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City and details about your project
- Any information you voluntarily provide
3. Purpose of collection
The information collected is used solely to contact you about your request, prepare a quote, schedule a visit or perform a contract. We do not sell, rent or share your information for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
Your information is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of the collection, and for the period during which the law requires us to retain commercial and tax records (generally six years after the end of the contractual relationship). After that, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
5. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to withdraw consent: request the deletion of your information.
- Right to portability: receive your information in a structured technological format.
- Right to file a complaint with Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
6. Cookies
Our site uses a minimal number of cookies, solely to remember your consent preferences. No third-party tracking cookie is enabled without your explicit agreement through the dedicated banner.
7. Transfers outside Québec
Your information is stored on servers located in Canada or the United States (hosting and email services). Where applicable, these transfers are governed by agreements that meet the requirements of Law 25.

This policy may be updated. Any significant change will be communicated through our site, and the last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
